Renee Daniels: I rented a meeting room for a writing workshop for eight people.Cowork Waldo includes a coffee maker, hot/cold water system, and dishwasher. Throughout the rental process, Zubin was patient and helpful, and made sure I could reach him in case of a problem. He accommodated my need for tech run-throughs and even came to check on me inconspicuously during my workshop to guarantee that everything was running smoothly. I would definitely rent the meeting room again. It was perfect for my needs.
Holly Giammanco: Love working at Cowork Waldo! Melissa, the owner, had set up a great place. WiFi, nice chairs, plenty of power and space, near the other great businesses in Waldo. A lovely place to work and I'm very productive there around everyone else working so diligently.

Nicole Bissey: I love having my office here! It is ALWAYS clean, my clients are always impressed with the building. I love how secure it is and knowing that people have to have key cards to get in at night. The staff is super nice and helpful. The coffee is usually pretty good and I love the on the house beer. Sometimes parking can be rough but generally you can find a spot. The conference rooms are great for meeting with my clients.

Phil Baylog: I've worked here up until a few months ago and absolutely loved it. The building is kept very clean and presentable, great for making a good impression with clients. Fast internet, a solid desk and chair, and good working environment (I was in the dedicated desk area) made for some very productive days. The rooftop view/workspace is incredible. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Can't think of anything I didn't like except the free coffee only being available on weekdays, but there's a coffee shop right downstairs so it really wasn't a big deal at all. Also very convenient to anything accessible by streetcar, since there's a stop right outside.

E Funk: I didn’t actually rent a unit, instead opted to stay closer to home. Katie was amazing to work with thru the whole hunting process and the place is really nice. The prices were also way lower with better parking than any other place I looked. Thanks for trying, Katie, you were a rockstar.
Tina Watts: They do not list pricing for day or hourly use on their website and when called, a sales representative was not available. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a price for a seat at a table or desk.
Mark Hohler: I've been here for over a year, leasing a private office for my law firm. The facilities are well maintained and clean, and the staff is very helpful and responsive. As a tenant, you have the option of being fully immersed in the community of entrepreneurs around you, or you have the ability to isolate yourself and focus purely on work. Great building; great staff; great environment!
Gina Rush: I work for a small construction company that has many high-end residential remodeling projects in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. Following the outbreak of Covid-19 in late 2019 and into 2020, the company was put in a position to seriously downsize its operations to survive. In December 2020, our company located its office to a private suite in the Novel Coworking building where other small business operate. The move has been nothing but 100% positive, the other tenants and the Novel Coworking management team nothing short of feeling like family, and the environment within this unique conglomeration of businesses nothing short of extremely conducive to growing a successful business. There are absolutely not enough positive words to express how very fortunate our company has been within this working environment and how attentive the Novel Coworking management team has been to ensuring that all of their tenants have the most modern operating environment possible to ensure the success of each business. If you are a very small business in need of office space with all of the amenities, I would - hands-down - strongly recommend reaching out to the Novel Coworking team and touring the beautiful facilities they provide.

The entire team, facility and office engagement activities and parties have been first class. You can not beat a red eye coffee or two for free in the morning and then easy access to food trucks and restaurants downtown is so convenient. I would recommend this operation and team to anyone of my friends, colleagues or anyone looking for office space. I will be sad to leave at the end of the month! Thank you all for everything you do!

Plenty of space to sit for lunch and meeting or get in some work in a comfortable yet professional space. There is paid parking that can be limited, but that's the reality of parking Downtown.
